Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and 360-degree promotional campaigns.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and optimize product positioning.
• Launch Management: Lead the strategy for launching new pharmaceutical products, including messaging and channel selection.
• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide scientific, marketing, and promotional support (materials, training).
• Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance, manage product forecasting, and drive initiatives to maximize brand profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Proven experience in pharmaceutical product management, marketing, or brand management.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, regulatory environments, and therapeutic areas.
• Skills: Excellent communication, data analysis, project management, and leadership skills.
