Role Objective The Product & GTM Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of products from Research, conceptualization and market-fit validation to launch, scale, and optimization. The role requires strong integration of product thinking with GTM execution, ensuring business growth, ARPU uplift, and superior customer adoption.

- Proven GTM planning and execution capability in B2C / consumer-focused businesses.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and recommend data-backed decision-making

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and structured thinking.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Management
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization aligned to business objectives.
- Identify customer needs, market gaps, and competitive opportunities to define new or enhanced products.
- Drive PRDs, pricing constructs, and value propositions.
- Work closely with Technology, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Track post-launch performance, Acquisition metrics, and customer feedback to continuously optimize products.
Go-To-Market (GTM)
- Design and execute GTM strategies across acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and retention use cases.
- Define launch plans including target segments, pricing, packaging, communication strategy.
- Partner with Sales, Distribution, and Marketing teams to enable effective field execution.
- Develop simple, scalable GTM playbooks and sales narratives for frontline teams.
- Own pilot programs, experiments, and phased rollouts with clear success metrics.
