Role Overview:

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more product modules within the CORE platform.

Drive product outcomes through deep collaboration with Business Analysts, UX, Engineering, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of purpose, prioritization, and execution.

Identify new product opportunities, define market-driven enhancements, and guide the evolution of the product line to meet customer and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the

product vision, strategy, and roadmap

, aligned with business goals.

• Translate market and client insights into clear, validated product opportunities and requirements.
• Own the

prioritization and backlog

, ensuring alignment across UX, BA, and Engineering.

• Collaborate with UX to deliver intuitive, outcome-oriented user experiences.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to define go-to-market strategy, positioning, and pricing.
• Measure success through adoption, engagement, and business impact metrics.
• Identify and incubate

new product lines or extensions

that strengthen the CORE ecosystem.

• Mentor junior product team members, helping build product thinking across the team.
• Represent the product with clients, partners, and at industry forums when required.

Preferred Experience:

• 5-10 years in B2B or SaaS product management, preferably in enterprise or FinTech ecosystems.
• Prior exposure to retirement, 401(k), or financial services domains is a plus.
• Proven success launching or scaling complex, data-driven or compliance-heavy products.
• Understanding of API-first platforms, cloud architectures, and integration models.
