Role Summary

Own roadmap and product execution for Medanta’s digital healthcare platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap and feature priorities
• Translate hospital workflows into product features
• Collaborate with engineering and UX teams
• Engage stakeholders across hospital operations

Qualifications & Experience

• 7–12 years product management experience
• Experience building digital platforms
• Healthcare experience preferred

• Ability to think out of the box and redesign experiences, not just digitize current processes
• Strong communication skills and confidence to drive change with senior stakeholders

• Prior healthcare or hospital domain experience is a strong plus

Work Location

: Primarily Noida, with occasional travel to the Gurgaon office for operational discussions and cross-team strategy sessions
