Role Overview:
We are hiring a Product Manager AI Agents to drive end-to-end ownership of AI-led products in the financial services space. You will work across discovery, specifications, prioritization, and evaluation, with a strong focus on LLM-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and validate high-impact AI use cases through research and data.
- Define product specs with clear success metrics (accuracy, latency, cost, completion rate).
- Own evaluation strategy including datasets, human evals, and A/B testing.
- Prioritize effectively in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with engineering, business, and UX teams to deliver seamless agent experiences.
- Track and communicate product performance, risks, and insights.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years in AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering basics.
- Ability to work with SQL/read code.
- Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
