Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Manager to build and scale automation-driven fintech products, with a strong focus on customer journeys, including sales, onboarding, and activation. The role requires deep product ownership and a solid understanding of automation, AI, and system integrations in regulated environments.
You’ll turn complex fintech workflows into simple, reliable, and compliant product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
\* Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for fintech products and platforms
\* Design and optimize sales, onboarding, KYC, and activation funnels
\* Identify and implement automation and AI use cases to reduce friction and manual work
\* Work closely with engineering to build secure, scalable workflows and integrations
\* Define product roadmaps, releases, and success metrics
\* Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and reliability standards
\* Align stakeholders across product, tech, compliance, sales, and operations
Preferred Qualification
\* 4–8+ years in Product Management (fintech, SaaS, or platform products)
\* Experience building or owning customer journeys in fintech (sales, onboarding, KYC, payments, lending, etc.)
\* Strong exposure to automation, workflows, and/or AI-driven features
\* Proven track record of shipping products into production
\* Comfortable balancing speed, risk, and compliance
\* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Added Advantage
\* Experience with fintech systems (payments, credit, banking, insurance, KYC/AML)
\* Exposure to AI/LLMs, no-code/low-code tools, or API-first platforms
\* Experience improving conversion, activation, or reducing drop-offs
\* Technical or solution-architecture background
