Role/ Job Title: Product Manager-Emerging Asset Financing

Job Purpose

'Emerging Assets Financing sits within the Wholesale Banking division and is a newly established team focused on supporting the structured and tailored financing requirements of Corporate Banking clients. The team specializes in designing innovative lending solutions and creating bespoke structures to meet complex client needs.

The role would support the Product Lead in designing and executing structured finance transactions across sectors. The role involves assisting in structuring innovative & bespoke lending solutions for the Bank’s clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

'The role involves managing the entire lifecycle of an exposure, from initial structuring and deal negotiation to obtaining credit approvals, executing transactions, and ongoing monitoring throughout the life of the deal.

• Work with Product Lead and Coverage RMs to pitch for bespoke lending solutions to corporate clients seeking such solutions
• Prepare client presentations and pitch materials for structured finance solutions.
• Assist in analyzing client requirements to support development of tailored financing structures.
• Preparation of credit appraisal memos / models / term sheets etc and negotiation of transaction-related documentation etc
• Monitor ongoing deals, track covenants, and highlight emerging risks.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Support development of new structured lending products for corporate clients

Qualifications

Graduate Degree,Post Graduate Degree - MBA Finance, Professional Degree - CA or CFA

Years Of Experience

4–8 years in structured finance / corporate banking;

• Exposure to project finance, financial modelling and credit appraisal processes;
• Experience in NBFC / AIFs / Credit Funds / Real Estate Fund will be an advantage
