We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to lead ERP and CRM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, deep expertise in ERP and CRM systems, and a proven track record in product management.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related initiatives, aligning with business objectives
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for ERP solutions, prioritizing based on business impact
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage product backlogs, ensuring grooming and prioritization for timely delivery
- Break down stories and ensure teams understand goals
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, designers and quality assurance for feature delivery
- Drive alignment between teams, removing blockers and obstacles
- Foster an agile and collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing
- Work with delivery managers, Scrum Masters and team leads to track progress and resolve workflow bottlenecks
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
- 10-15 years of working experience in IT
- Knowledge of product management, product roadmap and product vision
- Background in agile methodologies, finance and budgeting
- Skills in ERP, accounting and CRM
- Expertise in stakeholder management, communication and organizational leadership
- Proficiency in translating business needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria
- Competency in managing product backlogs and prioritizing delivery
- Understanding of collaborating with cross-functional teams including technical, business and design
- Capability to resolve bottlenecks and drive alignment across teams
