About the Job
Role & responsibilities
  • Define and manage the product vision and roadmap for MarTech platforms & pre-login web portals.
  • Prioritise features based on business impact, user needs, and data insights.
  • Act as Product Owner for campaign management tools (Netcore or similar).
  • Build and optimise automated, scalable customer journeys.
  • Enhance segmentation, scoring, orchestration, and personalisation capabilities.
  • Own UX, SEO, performance, and conversion improvement for pre-login website/portal.
  • Manage and optimise lead scoring, enrichment, and routing workflows.
  • Ensure correct tracking, tagging, attribution, and analytics instrumentation (GA4, GTM).
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and releases using Jira/Confluence.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and lead vendor evaluations, RFPs, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Data, Engineering, Compliance, and Design teams.
Preferred candidate profile
  • 5-8 years of Product Management experience (MarTech, Digital Platforms, or CMT).
  • Hands-on experience with Netcore or similar campaign management tools.
  • Experience managing websites/portals with focus on UX, SEO, and conversion optimisation.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and event tagging.
  • Proficiency in Jira & Confluence; ability to create management-level product decks.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and strong cross-functional abilities.
  • Preferred: experience with Power BI, Looker, Data Studio, or Tableau.
  • Stock Broking, Securities, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.
  • Understanding of investor behaviour, regulatory norms, KYC journeys, and acquisition funnels.
