We are looking for a dynamic and analytical
Product Manager
who will drive product strategy, positioning, and growth for our Animal Health portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for assigned products
- Market analysis: competitor tracking, pricing strategy, and opportunity identification
- Launch planning and execution of new products
- Develop promotional strategies and sales tools (visual aids, product literature, campaigns)
- Work closely with Sales Team to ensure effective product communication
- Conduct product training for field force and channel partners
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and profitability
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization
Required Qualifications
Pharmacy / Biotechnology / Science
(Mandatory)
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and product lifecycle management
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in
Human Health or Animal Health Industry (Preferred)
- Prior experience in Product Management / Brand Management will be an advantage
