Role Description
We’re hiring an all-rounder SaaS Product/Project Manager who understands how modern SaaS teams work and can take products from prototype → development → testing → launch. You should be highly logical, strong with requirements, comfortable reviewing Figma flows, and confident managing both design and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert business goals and Figma prototypes into user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready tasks
- Run Agile delivery (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily coordination, releases)
- Align design + development, resolve scope gaps, and keep UX consistent
- Coordinate QA/UAT, bug triage, regression, and go-live readiness
- Maintain clear documentation (requirements, flows, release notes) and manage stakeholder updates
- Identify risks early and drive decisions with trade-offs (time, scope, quality)
Requirements
- 4–8+ years experience delivering SaaS/web applications in a Product Manager / TPM / Project Manager role
- Strong understanding of SaaS delivery lifecycle: discovery, MVP, iterations, releases, post-launch improvements
- Ability to think in systems: roles/permissions, workflows, edge cases, scalability basics
- Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Light solution/architecture understanding (APIs, data models, integrations)
- Experience working with distributed teams and multiple products/modules

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
