Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with design, engineering, analytics, and business teams to build intuitive, reliable, and scalable product experiences used by millions ruthlessly in a high-volume environment, balancing user needs, business impact, and tech
- AI-Driven Hybrid Strategy: Define and own the end-to-end product lifecycle, creating a seamless blend of traditional funnel building and optimization with cutting-edge AI to ensure the timely and effective resolution of customer problems.
- Execution & Scaling: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to scope, prioritize, and deploy AI solutions across all relevant product touchpoints
- User-Centric Insight: Develop a deep understanding of user behavior to pinpoint friction points. Translate these insights into precise requirements and user stories for both interface design and the underlying AI logic.
- Work closely with engineering teams to scope solutions, manage trade-offs, and ensure high-quality execution, including performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, operations, and customer-facing teams to support launches, adoption, and post-launch optimization.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal teams, and market signals to continuously refine product direction.
- Ensure products meet usability, compliance, security, and brand standards.
- Apply structured and first-principles thinking to challenge assumptions, simplify complexity, and identify better ways to solve user problems.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer tech, fintech, or large-scale organizations
- Proven ability to build and scale 0->1 and 10->100 products in fast-paced organizations
- Analytical Rigor: Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging quantitative data to inform and drive product decisions
- Passion for building for the next 500 million users - prior experience in BBPS, Telcos is a plus
- AI Specialization: Hands-on experience with AI and Agentic workflows preferred
- Operational Excellence: Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
