Product Manager-Surgical Devices
Exps: 10-12 years in PMT Department in Surgical Devices
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, including market segmentation, targeting, and product positioning.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Own the product from ideation to launch, growth, and optimization.
- Market & Clinical Insights: Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify unmet needs by collaborating with surgeons and clinicians.
- Sales Enablement & Support: Provide training, marketing collateral, and sales tools to enhance commercial effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations to ensure product compliance and quality.
- Clinical Education & KOL Engagement: Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build brand awareness and evidence generation
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 10–12+ years in product management, marketing, or sales within the medical device/healthcare industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a science-related field; MBA is preferred.
- Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of surgical procedures and operating room environments.
- Technical/Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory affairs (FDA/CE) and quality standards.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in market analysis, forecasting, and using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Pay: ₹762,734.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
