We are hiring an experienced Product Manager – UK Region for a leading tax technology company expanding into the United Kingdom market.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UK tax compliance, accounting workflows, and tax/accounting software platforms, along with proven product management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for UK Tax Workpaper Software
- Conduct market research on UK tax firm workflows and compliance requirements
- Define product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
- Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvements
- Support integration with UK accounting platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of Product Management experience (SaaS/Technology preferred)
- Strong understanding of UK Tax (Individual, Corporate, Partnership)
- Experience with UK accounting/tax software
- Exposure to Agile methodology and cross-functional collaboration
- ACCA / CA / MBA preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with UK market products
- Knowledge of HMRC compliance and UK accounting standards
