We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Product Manager to own and scale a SaaS platform operating in a high-volume, process-intensive environment. The role demands end-to-end product lifecycle ownership, agile delivery leadership, and execution excellence while working in US shift hours from Bangalore.
The ideal candidate will combine product strategy, project execution, and process optimization expertise, with experience in automation and AI-led platform enhancements to drive efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & Strategy
- Own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, epics, and user stories
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and release acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on impact and urgency
Agile Delivery & Project Execution
- Lead sprint planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives
- Drive on-time releases in collaboration with Engineering, QA, and Operations
- Track delivery progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Process Optimization & AI Integration
- Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities
- Drive AI-enabled initiatives to improve operational efficiency and decision-making
- Continuously enhance platform performance, usability, and scalability
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary decision owner during US shift hours
- Communicate roadmap updates, risks, and release plans
- Gather stakeholder feedback and translate into actionable improvements
- Manage cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory
- 5–8 years of Product Management experience in SaaS platforms
- Proven ownership of the complete product lifecycle
- Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Experience managing APIs, integrations, and workflow systems
- Data-driven decision-making capability
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working full-time US night shift (onsite Bangalore)

- Experience in high-volume transaction or workflow-driven platforms
- Exposure to compliance-heavy or process-driven systems
