Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven
Product Marketing Associate
to support our customer engagement and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM tools, strong copy writing skills, proven ability to manage campaign calendar and scheduling, and the ability to analyze campaign performance data to drive actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, compelling, and conversion-focused marketing copies for push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, whatsapp channels.
- Plan, create, and execute customer engagement campaigns using platforms such as CleverTap
- Manage campaign segmentation, targeting, and scheduling.
- Download and analyze campaign reports to track and improve performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to improve user engagement and retention strategies.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience with tools like Clevertap, Webengage & Moengage (mandatory)
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills. (non-negotiable)
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and accountability for own actions
Good to have
- Copywriting for a business outcome (CRM, SEO, google ads)
- SQL
