Job Description

As the Product Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the execution and delivery of engaging in-game events and promotions. You will play a key role in enhancing the player experience by managing campaign operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and using data insights to optimize performance. You will work closely with Analytics, Product, and Design teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered accurately and on time, contributing to overall player engagement and retention.. Your Key responsibilities will be:

• Execute player engagement and retention campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging).
• Set up limited-time offers, promotions, and seasonal events.
• Maintain and update the campaign calendar for smooth execution.
• Track and analyze campaign performance; share insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Design teams for campaign setup and reporting.
• Utilize player behavior insights to design events that maximize engagement and retention.
• Work closely with Design and Development teams to deliver high-quality in-game experiences.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication regarding LiveOps tools, event designs, and performance metrics.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in product management or LiveOps within the mobile gaming industry.
• Hands-on experience with LiveOps tools and calendar management is a plus.
• Strong data interpretation skills and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel). SQL knowledge is a bonus.
• Experience in wireframing to effectively communicate product ideas and user flows.
• Proven track record of running A/B experiments and analyzing results in collaboration with analytics teams.
• A deep passion for mobile gaming and a solid understanding of player engagement and retention strategies, particularly in real-money gaming.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
