Product Marketing Executive (PME) – Development Boards
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Product Marketing Executive (PME) to drive sales and growth of the Development Board category, with a key focus on the Arduino brand. The role involves managing PAN India customers, analyzing sales data, generating qualified leads, and building strong customer relationships through regular interactions and visits.
Number of Positions: 01 Required.
Experience: 3–4 years of experience in electronics / embedded / hardware sales or product role
Educational Qualification: Diploma/B. E/ B. Tech –Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Tele-Communication, Mechanical, IT.
CTC & Salary Range: Rs. 4,23,228/- to Rs. 6,68,988/- per annum; (₹30,000 – ₹50,000 (In-hand)) + PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefits.
Notice Period- Immediate to 15 Days
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive revenue growth for Development Boards, especially Arduino product lines
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for category expansion
- Identify and convert high-potential leads into long-term business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting
Customer Management
- Manage and expand PAN India B2B customer base including OEMs, system integrators, and educational institutions
- Conduct regular client meetings, product demos, and site visits
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and retention
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product solutions
- Handle key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction
Market & Data Analysis
- Analyze POS (Point of Sale) and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights
- Track competitor products, pricing strategies, and market positioning
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with supply chain for demand planning
Product & Technical Support
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers
- Conduct product training sessions, webinars, and workshops
- Assist customers in product selection and application understanding
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve customer queries
Marketing & Strategy
- Identify new market opportunities in IoT, Robotics, Automation, Embedded Systems, and Education sectors
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams for lead generation campaigns
- Contribute to product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal sales, product, and operations teams
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product availability and updates
- Ensure smooth order processing and delivery timelines
- Provide feedback from customers to improve product offeri
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to IoT, Embedded Systems, Robotics, or Automation domain
- Experience in B2B sales environment
- Ability to understand technical requirements and map them to products
