Role Overview
We are seeking a
sharp, analytical, and creative Product Marketing Intern
to user acquisition strategies, and product adoption efforts.
In this role, you will work closely with the
Product, Growth, and Founder’s Office teams
to:
- Position product features effectively
- Analyse user behaviour
- Craft compelling narratives that drive engagement across both
clients and gig workers
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Positioning
- Assist in crafting positioning, messaging, and value propositions for new features and product flows
- Support execution for:
- Feature launches
- Pricing updates
- Referral programs
- New category rollouts
2. User & Market Research
- Conduct research on:
- User behaviour (clients & gig workers)
- Competitor landscape
- Local market trends
- Compile insights into structured reports to support product decisions and experiments
3. Performance & Growth Support
- Analyse campaign performance across channels
- Assist in building funnels for:
- Acquisition
- Onboarding
- Retention
- Conversion
- Identify drop-off points and recommend actionable improvements
4. Content & Communication
- Draft clear product communication, including:
- Feature highlights
- Walkthroughs
- Release notes
- In-app messages
- Push notifications
- Support social media content around product features and user benefits
5. Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate with:
- Design
- Tech
- Marketing
- Operations teams
- Ensure consistent messaging and timely execution
- Track product metrics, user feedback, and campaign outcomes to recommend improvements
Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a
refined, professional tone
- Basic understanding of:
- User journeys
- Funnels
- Consumer tech products
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
- Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with tools like
Canva, Notion, Figma, or Google Analytics
is a plus
