About The Role
This is
not a generic marketing internship
.
We are looking for someone who has
actually worked on CRM tools
like
CleverTap / MoEngage / WebEngage
and understands how to drive
user retention through campaigns, journeys, and cohorts
.
If you haven’t created campaigns or user journeys yourself, this role is
not the right fit
.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Create and execute push, WhatsApp, email, and in-app campaigns
- Build user journeys (automation flows) inside CRM tools
- Work on user cohorts & segmentation (new, active, drop-offs, churned users)
- Analyze campaign performance (CTR, open rate, conversions)
- Improve user activation & retention funnels
- Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and segmentation
Must-Have (Strict Requirement)
- Hands-on experience with CleverTap (preferred) OR MoEngage / WebEngage (similar tools)
- You have personally created:
- Campaigns (push / WhatsApp / email)
- User journeys / automation flows
- Basic cohorts / segmentation
- Retention metrics (Day 1, Day 7, etc.)
- Funnels & drop-offs
- Comfortable working with data dashboards & campaign metrics
