Key Responsibilities :
a. GTM Strategy & Product Launches: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new products and features, ensuring alignment across Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
b. Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling, research-driven messaging that addresses the regulatory (CMS, HCC, RADV), financial, and operational pressures faced by U.S. healthcare organizations.
c. Sales Enablement: Build a world-class sales enablement engine, providing the Demand Gen and Sales teams with the playbooks, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence needed to win.
d. Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-value "hooks," including whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to fuel outbound demand generation and event ROI.
e. Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into market trends, competitor moves, and U.S. healthcare regulatory shifts to keep RAAPID at the forefront of the industry.
f. Customer Marketing: work with customer success teams to build and drive customer stories, outcome/value frameworks and customer co-marketing programs.
g. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with leadership to align targeting and campaign execution, ensuring a consistent and authoritative brand voice across all channels.
