The

Product Marketing Manager

is responsible for developing and own product-specific marketing strategies, customer positioning, and commercialization plans. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure product-market fit and support sales enablement through effective product messaging.

This position reports to the Marketing Director – Equipment Services and is part of the Hardware Solutions marketing team located in the UK or India and will be an on-site role.

What You Will Do

• Develop and own product-specific marketing strategies, product positioning, targeting, and commercialization plans.
• Set the goals, objectives, and positioning for marketing campaigns based on market orientation and support the development of persona-driven content to drive message consistency.
• Understand customer needs by supporting market analysis activities to monitor market trends, needs, segmentation, and competitors.
• Partner with product management to define and influence product roadmaps and ensure product-market fit.
• Track product adoption, market share, and messaging impact.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in product marketing
• Preferably with experience working in the life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology industries.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
• Experience with eCommerce, digital and full funnel marketing strategies.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel to events, meetings and customer sites approx. 25% travel including overnight.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Demand generation marketing
• Value proposition development
