Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between product development and marketing, ensuring our product’s value is clearly and actively communicated to the target audience. The PMM will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, conducting competitive research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product growth and success. This is a critical role focused on maximizing product adoption and impact through well-informed, high-impact marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct in-depth research on the target audience, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and shape marketing strategy.

• Go-to-Market Strategy:

Plan and execute end-to-end product launch strategies, including positioning, messaging, target channels, and promotional tactics.

• Messaging and Content Development:

Create clear, compelling, and consistent messaging across digital and oCline channels such as websites, social media, advertising, and sales collateral.

• Product Positioning and Value Proposition:

Define and articulate the unique value of the product, ensuring messaging resonates with the target audience and diCerentiates from competitors.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with product managers, sales teams, and marketing functions to align on strategy and ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.

• Performance Tracking and Optimization:

Track key performance metrics, analyse campaign outcomes, and make data-driven adjustments to improve reach and engagement.

• Training and Sales Enablement:

Provide product training and marketing resources to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to drive conversions.

•Competitive Analysis:

Monitor competitor activity, assess their strengths and weaknesses, and identify opportunities for diCerentiation in messaging and positioning.

Who Would Be a Good Fit:

Must-have:

1. 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in technology or AI-driven industries

2. Proven track record of creating go-to-market strategies and launching successful products

3. Strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends and customer insights

4. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with a strong command of B2B messaging

5. Experience developing marketing collateral across multiple channels

6. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and CRM/marketing automation platforms 7. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders

Should-have:

1. Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software products

2. Understanding of buyer journeys and sales enablement techniques

3. Knowledge of healthcare or AI industry trends and regulations

4. Experience in tracking marketing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns 5. Exposure to Agile or iterative product development environments

Nice-to-have:

1. Background in journalism, communications, or storytelling-oriented roles 2. Experience supporting international go-to-market eCorts

3. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and dashboards

4. MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
