We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for FlytBases autonomous drone software platform
This role works closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive adoption, revenue, and market leadership, Key Responsibilities
Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different customer segments
Own and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to influence product and marketing strategy
Create product marketing assets including pitch decks, product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and website content
Enable the Sales team with sales playbooks, battle cards, demos, and training materials
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into clear customer benefits
Drive customer advocacy through testimonials, success stories, and reference programs
Track and analyze product marketing KPIs and continuously optimize messaging and campaigns
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or B2B SaaS Marketing
Strong understanding of product positioning, GTM strategy, and buyer personas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to guide decisions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, robotics, drones, or industrial technology
Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and solution selling
Exposure to global markets and enterprise customers
