About the Role -

Product Marketing Manager

Altoura is looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies and campaigns while closely collaborating with our product team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about both marketing and product development, with a strong ability to bridge the gap between the two.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market:

• Work closely with the sales team to create effective sales tools, including pitch decks, product demos, and case studies.
• Plan and manage product launch communication and sessions with promotional activities.

Content Development:

• Manage the creation of product marketing materials, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand messaging.
• Create content, including product collateral, website copy, blog posts, white papers, and video scripts.

Product Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the product team to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product enhancements and new features.

Customer Engagement:

• Work with the sales and customer facing teams to gather and analyze customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing efforts.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on product marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in AR/VR/MR space.
• Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and product positioning.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Immersive technologies (AR/VR/MR).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
