Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager who can both think strategically and execute independently. There is no existing marketing team — you’ll own the full funnel from positioning to distribution, working directly with product and leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Define and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Plan and execute go-to-market for new features and launches end-to-end
- Own and run all growth channels — paid, organic, content, email, partnerships, ASO — you’re not supporting anyone, you’re driving them
- Create and ship marketing collateral: website copy, email campaigns, landing pages, product decks
- Conduct competitive analysis and user research to sharpen messaging and uncover growth levers
- Work directly with product and engineering to align launches with user needs
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5+ years in product marketing, ideally at a B2C or PLG company
- A builder mentality - you’ve run campaigns yourself, not just managed agencies or handed briefs to a team
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills; you can write great copy, not just direct others to
- Comfort with analytics - you set goals, measure what matters, and iterate
- Native or near-native English fluency required
- Experience in AI, productivity tools, or email platforms is a strong plus
