We’re looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager who can take ownership of growth — running campaigns, talking to customers, demoing the product, and converting leads into real revenue.
This is a high-impact role working directly with the founder team.
The Role -
As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the full go-to-market motion:
- Launch and scale paid campaigns
- Generate qualified leads
- Talk to security + engineering buyers
- Run demos
- Convert prospects into paying customers

What You’ll Do -
Run Paid Growth Campaigns
- Launch and optimize ads across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and X
- Test creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversions
- Own performance metrics: CPL, CAC, demo rate, pipeline growth
Generate & Qualify Leads -
- Build a repeatable inbound + outbound lead engine
- Engage leads via email, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
- Identify high-intent customers in AppSec, DevOps, and compliance teams
Talk to Prospects & Understand Pain -
- Have real conversations with engineering and security leaders
- Learn what problems matter most (SAST fatigue, compliance pressure, slow reviews)
- Feed insights back into product + positioning
Demo the Product & Close Customers -
- Run crisp, high-conversion demos of JainiAI
- Answer objections and guide customers from trial → paid plan
- Help define early sales playbooks and onboarding flows
Build Startup-Grade Marketing Content -
- Create simple, high-impact assets:
- One-pagers
- Case studies
- Demo scripts
- Security value messaging
- Shape how JainiAI is positioned in the market
What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Skills -
- 2–5 years experience in product marketing, growth, or demand gen
- Strong hands-on ability with paid ads + lead funnels
- Comfortable speaking with customers and running demos
- Startup mindset: you execute fast, test, iterate, repeat
- Excellent communication + storytelling skills
Bonus Points -
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, DevOps, or developer tools
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads
- Ability to create simple marketing videos or product walkthroughs
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Launch 3–5 high-performing paid campaigns
- Generate 20–30 qualified leads/month
- Run weekly demos and convert early customers
- Sharpen JainiAI messaging for AppSec teams
- Build a repeatable growth + conversion engine
