Role Summary:

We are expanding Aspire into multiple new markets, and we need a dedicated Product Marketer who can own the full Marketing GTM lifecycle for each launch. You will be the

single point-in-charge (PIC)

for Geo Leads (Country Managers), driving pre-PMF validation, shaping positioning and messaging, and ensuring tight coordination across Marketing, Partnerships, and Acquisition teams. Your mandate is to create clarity, accelerate PMF, and deliver repeatable, high-impact market entries.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-PMF & PMF Acceleration:

• Shape and validate initial GTM hypotheses for each market (ICP, problem statements, messaging, pricing/packaging).
• Run rapid customer and competitor research to confirm pain points and sharpen product-market fit.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable GTM guidance for Product and Commercial teams.

Single PIC for Geo Leads:

• Be the primary Marketing team contact for each Geo Lead / Country Manager.
• Responsible for owning and influencing the Marketing targets (qualitative and quantitative)
• Provide one unified point of coordination, decision-making, and alignment across teams.
• Anticipate risks, remove ambiguity, and unblock teams quickly.

Positioning, Messaging & Narrative:

• Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for each market.
• Create research-backed narratives that differentiate Aspire globally while tailoring to local needs.

Cross-Functional GTM Collaboration:

• Support launch readiness: collateral, enablement, campaigns, timelines, and cross-functional alignment.
• Plan and ensure we deliver necessary public facing assets to support launches
• Build repeatable frameworks and processes to scale launches efficiently.

Market Insight & Product Influence:

• Track market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive dynamics.
• Influence product planning with clear, evidence-led recommendations that support profitable growth.

Operate With Clarity & Focus:

• Bring structure and prioritisation to fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Focus on initiatives that drive the highest business impact.

About You:

• 4-6 years total PMM experience; 2+ years in B2B fintech product marketing
• Proven success leading multi-market launches
• Strong cross-functional collaboration; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating proactivity and providing clarity
• Proven project management experience, keeping complex initiatives on track
• Hands-on customer research and GTM experience
• Strong strategic thinking and narrative development skills
