- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit)
- Monitor campaign performance and improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
- Analyze user acquisition funnels and identify drop-off points
- Support A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and messaging
- Track and report on key growth metrics (CAC, cost per signup, activation rate)
- Assist in retargeting and performance scaling strategies
Required Skills & Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred)
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SaaS or tech products
- Understanding of B2B and B2C user acquisition strategies
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and landing page optimization
