About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to phase-out
  • Drive product improvements (performance, fuel efficiency, emissions compliance)
  • Act as SME for DG sets and engine solutions; support sales & dealers
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and regulatory norms (CPCB)
  • Conduct product training for sales teams and channel partners
  • Plan and execute product launches and market surveys
  • Lead promotional activities, demos, and customer engagement
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and drive product positioning
Skills Required:
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Knowledge of DG sets / engines & power solutions
