Role Overview
This is a high-impact, hands-on execution role. The Product Marketing Specialist will not only define strategy but also execute key marketing initiatives end-to-end. You will act as the bridge between Service Lines, Sales, and Marketing while owning GTM execution, ABM campaigns, content creation, and sales enablement deliverables directly. This role requires someone who can think strategically and independently drive outcomes while collaborating with Head of Marketing and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute GTM strategies for PragmaEdges service offerings (Cloud, Data, AI, Enterprise Platforms, Automation).
- Independently define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and vertical-specific messaging.
- Plan and execute launches for new service capabilities, partnerships, and solution accelerators.
- Create and optimize landing pages, messaging, and campaign assets to support GTM initiatives using SEO best practices.
- Ensure alignment across Sales and Practice teams while personally driving execution of GTM deliverables.
2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) – Hands-on Execution
- Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns for strategic US enterprise accounts.
- Identify and prioritize high-value accounts in partnership with Sales and build customized outreach programs.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns including LinkedIn outreach, paid campaigns, email sequences, content syndication, and webinars.
- Use CRM tools directly to manage segmentation, track engagement, and optimize campaign performance.
- Continuously refine campaigns based on pipeline impact and deal acceleration metrics.
3. Sales Enablement – Build & Deliver
- Create high-impact sales assets independently: pitch decks, case studies, solution briefs, battle cards, and ROI narratives.
- Develop compelling storytelling frameworks tailored for enterprise buyers.
- Conduct enablement sessions and walkthroughs for Sales teams on messaging and positioning.
- Actively support strategic deals by creating customized messaging, presentations, and proposal inputs.
- Track content effectiveness and sales usage through CRM and improve assets iteratively.
4. Positioning, Messaging & Content Marketing
- Own and develop differentiated messaging for PragmaEdge's offerings.
- Conduct competitive and win/loss analysis to refine positioning.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value narratives.
- Create and execute content marketing initiatives including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and thought leadership.
- Ensure consistency across website, campaigns, proposals, and outbound communication.
- Continuously optimize website content and structure for SEO and conversion.
5. Digital Marketing, Social Media & Webinars
- Own and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish content directly, including posts, campaigns, and thought leadership pieces.
- End-to-end ownership of webinar programs — topic selection, content creation, speaker coordination, promotion, execution, and post-webinar follow-ups.
- Build and manage content calendars aligned with GTM and ABM priorities.
- Use basic design skills to create marketing assets such as social creatives, presentations, infographics, and campaign visuals (using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize engagement and reach.
6. Performance, CRM & Analytics
- Define and track KPIs across GTM, ABM, content, SEO, webinars, and social media initiatives.
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools hands-on for campaign tracking, lead management, and reporting.
- Analyze MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
- Continuously optimize campaigns and strategies using data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Marketing experience with US-based technology companies (B2B SaaS or IT Services preferred).
- Proven experience in end-to-end execution of GTM and ABM programs.
- Hands-on experience in content marketing, social media management, webinars, website SEO, and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive marketing initiatives in collaboration with Head of Marketing, but without heavy reliance on external teams.
- Deep understanding of US enterprise buying cycles and consultative selling.
- Basic design skills for creating marketing assets.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Location
- Experience in IT Services / Digital Transformation / Product-led companies.
- Experience working with global delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Onsite work mode, 5 days a week, preferably from Bengaluru / Hyderabad.
