ZFORB is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Product Sales Manager to drive membership sales and convert qualified prospects into active members. The role requires a confident sales professional with strong presentation and closing skills, capable of handling direct client interactions and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
\* Present and sell membership programs to prospective clients
\* Convert company-provided leads into confirmed memberships
\* Clearly communicate membership privileges, promotional offers, and value to clients
\* Handle client inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally
\* Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to close deals
\* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
\* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
\* Build and maintain strong client relationships
Preferred Background
Candidates with strong direct sales experience will be preferred, particularly from industries such as:
\* Banking and financial services
\* Insurance and wealth advisory
\* Real estate sales
\* Automobile sales (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, luxury brands)
\* High-ticket or luxury product sales
Skills & Qualifications
\* 2–7 years of experience in direct or relationship sales
\* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
\* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
\* Confident personality with strong closing ability
