About the Job
Job Description:

AIT Global India is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Sales Executive to drive sales for our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with clients to understand their HR technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for the HRMS product.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase HRMS features and benefits.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HRTech, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical HRMS features to clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
  • Prior experience in HRMS or similar software sales is an added advantage.
