CTC: 4–8 LPA + performance-linked incentives

Ideal Candidate Profile
- First-class Engineering graduates (Non-IT/CS preferred) or MSc (Science)
- Strong local connect — schooling in Pune is mandatory
- Experience in manufacturing / engineering companies dealing with high-value products & after-sales service
- Exposure to field sales operations, key account management, or bid/tender management
- Candidates from companies like Tata Auto Group, Thermax, Cummins, Bajaj, Varroc, SKF, Bharat Forge, Praj, Alfa Laval, Atlas Copco, Forbes Marshall, Sandvik will be highly relevant
- High integrity, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in a multi-tasking, high-growth environment
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Drive enterprise sales pipeline for Rubiscape across manufacturing, PSU, and large enterprises
- Identify, qualify, and engage CXOs, plant heads, and decision-makers
- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle — lead generation, solution positioning, demos, proposals, and closures
- Participate in RFPs, tenders, and bid management processes
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs
