Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Sales / Marketing Manager with proven experience in product marketing, product research & development (R&D), and sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, strengthening product positioning, and driving measurable revenue growth and ROI improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product sales and marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Conduct detailed market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies.
- Lead product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market (GTM) planning.
- Identify new revenue streams and optimize existing product performance.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to drive conversions and increase deal closures.
- Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, proposals, and product presentations.
- Track revenue performance, ROI metrics, and customer acquisition data to refine strategies.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for product enhancements and launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Sales / Product Marketing.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving ROI.
- Strong experience in product research and data-driven decision making.
- Hands-on experience in product sales strategy and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital solutions industry preferred.
