About the Job
Role & responsibilities:
  • Drive product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and market intelligence for existing and new products.
  • Identify product gaps and new portfolio opportunities to enhance market share.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams for effective product lifecycle management.
  • Support pricing strategy, product positioning, and promotion across tractor ranges.
  • Analyze product performance, market share, profitability, and sales trends.
  • Provide product support to dealer sales teams to ensure target achievement.
  • Conduct product training and development sessions for Dealer Sales Personnel and Demonstrators.
