We’re hiring a Product Strategy & Operations Manager to strengthen how product information flows through our business – and to drive improvement initiatives across our product portfolios. You will start by owning documentation and assortment for MOW – then expand into running projects that help our Product Managers execute at scale.
This is a role for someone who likes structure and data – and who enjoys making things better, hands on.
What You’ll Do
- Core from day one – Documentation & Assortment
- Own and continuously improve documentation and assortment management processes.
- Secure accurate, complete, up to date product data across key systems (PIM, CRM, website).
- Act as MOW lead user for our PIM (inRiver) – driving improvements, training, and process alignment.
- Collaborate with factories and Product Managers to ensure correct and timely documentation for all MOW products.
- Identify opportunities for smarter data handling and automation.
- Lead documentation projects – data clean up, product launches, process standardisation.
- Prioritise documentation efforts based on business impact and customer value.
- Lead the MOW assortment process to keep the portfolio competitive and lean. Support the pricing process with the right product data to enable pricing automation.
- Provide guidance on data quality, structure, and efficiency, and train colleagues in processes and tools.
- Expand your scope – Strategy & Ops across Product Management
- As you ramp up, you will take on cross portfolio initiatives such as:
- Standardising and improving ways of working across Product Management, Sales, Digital, and factories.
- Pricing and commercial enablement workstreams in partnership with PMs and Sales.
- Strategy support – structure analysis, build clear recommendations, and facilitate decision making.
- Project leadership – plan, align stakeholders, track execution, and land outcomes end to end.
Who You Are
You are structured, curious, and proactive. You translate complexity into clear plans – then deliver. You’re comfortable facilitating discussions, working hands on with data, and coordinating across functions and countries.
Your background might include 2-6 years of experience from, for example:
Management consulting with delivery in data rich environments
- IT or tech product or operations roles
- Process improvement, PMO, business analysis, or quality systems
- Data, BI, pricing, or commercial excellence
- PIM, PLM, master data, ERP, or other structured data systems
- If you have led cross functional projects in data rich environments and improved how teams work, we’d like to hear from you.
You Likely Bring
- Strong Excel skills and confidence with data analysis – you can interrogate messy data, build clear models, and turn insights into action; experience with BI tools or basic programming is a plus
- Strong project and stakeholder management – clear plans, clean execution, crisp communication
- Understanding of how business systems connect (PIM, ERP, CRM, web) – or the ability to learn them quickly in context
- English required; Norwegian is a bonus
