About the Job
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Design and implement product training programs for immigration services (study visa, orientation of new employees)
  • Conduct onboarding training for new employees (visa counsellors, Telecallers, case processing staff).
  • Develop structured learning modules, training manuals, and SOPs.
  • Deliver classroom, online, and practical training sessions. Provide training on country-specific immigration rules, documentation, and policies.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in client documentation processes.
  • Assess trainee performance through tests, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Identify skill gaps and design improvement programs.
  • Person must be from immigration industry.
