We are looking for an experienced and visionary Product UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team at Company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead the design process from concept to final execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will drive innovation, mentor other designers, and work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to build intuitive and engaging products.

Partnering with Microsoft's AI SaaS, we offer domain-specific Agentic AI Orchestrator platforms utilizing reasoning agents for precise and cost-effective services. Our focus includes AI incubation, IP creation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages, we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with top universities and industry giants, we drive significant advancements in AI technology within the region.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process, from user research to ideation, prototyping, testing, and final implementation.
• Design engaging user interfaces and workflows that are both functional and aesthetically appealing.
• Ensure consistency in design language, style guides, and design patterns across all platforms and products.
• Translate business goals and user needs into effective design solutions.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product goals and vision.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
• Conduct design critiques and champion design decisions.
• Advocate for design thinking and user-centered design practices within the company.

User Research and Insights:

• Conduct and analyze user research, usability studies, and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights that influence product strategy.
• Define and develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes.

Prototyping and Testing:

• Build interactive prototypes to test design ideas and gather user feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on testing and stakeholder feedback, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Design Systems and Standards:

• Contribute to and help maintain the company's design system, ensuring scalability and efficiency in the design process.
• Establish design standards, best practices, and processes for the design team.

Innovation and Trends:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Propose new design innovations that improve the user experience and keep the product ahead of the market.

Skills and attributes for success

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
• Expertise in vector design and image editing tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products with a focus on great design and user experience.
