The Relationship Manager (RM) New & Used Car Loans is responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing business for auto loans through dealer tie-ups, direct customers, and channel partners. The role involves achieving loan disbursement targets, maintaining strong dealer relationships, and ensuring portfolio quality while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
Source new business for New Car Loans and Used Car Loans through dealers, DSA, and direct channels
Achieve monthly and annual disbursement targets
Identify and onboard new car dealers, used car dealers, and channel partners
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to enhance business growth
Generate leads through field visits, references, and promotional activities
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers and channel partners
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Regular visits to dealer showrooms for business development and support
Resolve dealer and customer queries in a timely manner
Credit & Documentation:
Collect and verify customer documents as per policy
Coordinate with credit and operations team for file processing and approvals
Ensure proper KYC, login, and documentation compliance
Maintain TAT for loan processing and disbursement
Portfolio & Risk Management:
Monitor loan portfolio quality and delinquency levels
Follow up for collections in coordination with the collections team (if required)
Ensure adherence to company credit and risk policies
Reporting & MIS:
Maintain daily sales reports, lead tracker, and pipeline updates
Submit periodic MIS and performance reports to management
Track conversion ratios and improve sourcing efficiency
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Loan disbursement volume (New & Used Car Loans)
Dealer acquisition and activation
Lead conversion ratio
Portfolio quality (DPD & delinquency)
Cross-selling of insurance and other loan products
Required Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Minimum 2–6 years of experience in Auto Loans / Vehicle Loans / NBFC / Banking
Experience in New Car Loans and Used Car Loans is mandatory
