The candidate will work closely with product teams, architects, and developers to transform research ideas into practical solutions that enhance system performance, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Generative AI, Cloud Computing, Microservices, and DevOps automation.
- Evaluate and recommend new frameworks, tools, and platforms to improve development productivity and system performance.
- Design and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes for new technical ideas and product enhancements.
- Work with engineering teams to integrate innovative solutions into existing products.
- Research best practices for scalability, performance optimization, and distributed systems.
- Drive initiatives around AI integration, automation, and intelligent systems in enterprise applications.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture proposals, and research reports.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and evaluate open-source technologies and third-party tools.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development teams on modern architectures and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in software architecture and system design.
- Strong knowledge of Databases (MS SQL Server / NoSQL).
- Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation (preferred).
- Experience with Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience in performance optimization and scalability design.
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements.
- Ability to build POCs, prototypes, and experimental solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking, research capability, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / API development.
