What You Will Do

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Product Manager who is passionate about building technology solutions for the insurance ecosystem. In this role, you will contribute to the discovery, planning, and delivery of key product initiatives across our platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to create high-impact and scalable insurance technology products.

The Product Manager Would Be Expected To

Product Strategy & Roadmap :

• Support definition and execution of the product roadmap aligned with business and partner objectives
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and functional specifications
• Define success metrics and track outcomes to ensure meaningful product impact
• Conduct user research with insurers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify real problems and opportunities

Product Delivery

• Gather detailed requirements for both standard insurance products and client-specific customizations
• Map requirements to core platform capabilities while minimizing custom development and tech debt
• Create high-quality documentation such as BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with QA and design teams to ensure smooth product delivery

Execution & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions as per plan
• Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and release cycles using agile methodology
• Prioritize product features based on business value and customer impact
• Interact directly with insurance partners and clients to understand workflows and product needs
• Manage stakeholders and their expectations, while making sure we don't lose sight our goals

Technical Understanding

• Partner with engineering teams to design API-based insurance solutions
• Understand system integrations, insurance workflows, and data structures
• Support solutioning for claims, underwriting, distribution, and policy lifecycle modules

Requirements

• 2-4 years of product management experience, preferably in the Insurance / InsurTech domain
• Exposure to insurance workflows such as health or general insurance processes
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver tech products
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
