Key Responsibilities:
1. Complete Marketing Strategy (Conversion-Focused) Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with sales goals. Build funnel-based marketing plans focused on lead generation and sales conversion. Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rate. Optimize customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
2. Should have 3 + Years experience in Performance Marketing (Global Audience) Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Highly preferred if they have successfully promoted Digital Service or Saas Based products by paid marketing.
3. Social Media Management & Marketing Develop monthly content and posting strategy. Plan creative campaigns aligned with brand positioning. Schedule and manage posts across platforms. Grow organic reach and engagement. Align social media strategy with performance campaigns.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting Create detailed performance reports (weekly & monthly). Analyze campaign performance and user behavior data. Identify growth opportunities through data insights. Take data-driven strategic decisions to improve performance.
5. Team Collaboration & Execution Work closely with design, content, and sales teams. Manage and coordinate marketing team tasks. Ensure timely execution of campaigns. Act as a bridge between marketing and sales departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
1. 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and marketing 360 experience.
2. Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
3. Experience in marketing Digital Services and/or SaaS products.
4.Strong understanding of conversion funnels and lead nurturing.
5. Knowledge of global audience targeting.
6.Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
7.Creative thinking with strong problem-solving ability.
8.Team management and leadership experience.
