toward one mission: To help Indians lead more fulfilling lives surrounded by wellness and

grace.

Man Matters, started in May 2020, is a digital elective health platform for men, helping

2.5M+ men every year diagnose and solve for their hair, beard, performance and nutrition

concerns by offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health

coaches.

Be Bodywise, started in May 2021, is an online womens elective health platform, serving

1.5M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across

concerns for hair, face, body, pcos, sleep and nutrition.

Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M+ parents

every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering

age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene

and behavioural development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

*Responsibilities:*

• Dive deep into business and product data to uncover trends, patterns, and

opportunities that shape key strategic decisions.

• Build interactive BI dashboards and AI-assisted reports that make insights easily

accessible and actionable across teams.

• Develop and maintain scalable data models and pipelines to support reliable and

automated reporting frameworks.

• Partner closely with product, growth, and operations teams to identify metrics, run

experiments, and measure business impact.

• Leverage AI and machine learning tools to predict trends, enhance efficiency, and

uncover new areas for growth.

• Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and recommendations for both

technical and business stakeholders.

• Continuously explore and implement emerging AI and analytics technologies to push

the boundaries of data-driven decision-making at Mosaic Wellness.

*Qualifications:*

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Statistics,

Business Analytics).

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a data-driven

environment.

• Proficiency with data querying languages (example SQL), scripting languages (example

Python), and data visualization tools.

• Experience in optimizing product funnels, conducting experiments, and creating

insightful dashboards.

• Proven ability to translate data-driven insights into tangible product or business

outcomes.

• Experience in using AI tools or automation platforms for analysis, reporting, or insight

generation is a plus

• Ability to explore and implement new AI and data automation technologies to

streamline reporting and insight generation.

• Strong passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous product

enhancement.

• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
