An experienced Senior Java Developer to work with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems for healthcare providers around the country. Using your technical expertise, you will design, build, test, and improve both of the features that will enable our customers to effectively run their business, and technology platforms to unleash our own engineering teams’ efficiency. l Participate in full agile development life cycle including requirements analysis and design
l Proficient at debugging other engineers code

l Contribute to testing platforms and development verifications
l Support, maintain, and document software functionality

l 6+ years of large-scale web application software development experience
l Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
l Must be able to deal with ambiguity, but seek clarification when appropriate.
l Strong verbal and written communication skills
l Professional experience developing distributed database-driven web-based applications with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and other Spring technologies
l Professional experience working in an Scrum development environment
l Strong knowledge in computer architecture, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented software techniques
l Ability to provide well-articulated and reasoned explanations for when and why to apply software design patterns
l Ability to partner with product management to develop and refine requirements
l Working knowledge of HTML5, XML, CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (React, TypeScript)
l Working knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails version 2.x a plus
l US healthcare IT experience especially regarding various healthcare terminology and technical standards (e.g., CCDA, FHIR, etc.) a plus
