We are hiring a Mobile UX/UI Designer with
direct experience in EMR systems or patient wellness/healthcare applications.
This is mandatory.
Who This Role Is For
You have already designed:
- EMR / EHR workflows
- Patient wellness or chronic care applications
- Clinical dashboards
- Health data visualization systems
You understand healthcare users — doctors, nurses, care coordinators, and patients — and how differently they think and operate.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end mobile experiences (Android & iOS) for healthcare platforms
- Create structured workflows for EMR-style systems
- Design patient dashboards with complex medical data
- Translate clinical requirements into intuitive mobile interfaces
- Maintain consistency across healthcare AI platforms
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and clinical stakeholders
- Ensure clarity, accessibility, and compliance-aware UX
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Mobile UX/UI design
- Direct experience working on EMR/EHR systems OR patient wellness/healthcare applications
- Experience designing data-heavy dashboards and decision-support interfaces
- Strong portfolio with shipped Android/iOS apps
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Deep understanding of Material Design & Apple Human Interface Guidelines

- Experience in HIPAA/GDPR-compliant systems
- Experience working with clinical teams
- EMR integrations or health data APIs
- Experience building mobile design systems
