Senior Product Interface Designer (UI/UX)
Headline
Design the interface layer of a system that will reshape how medicines are selected, deployed, and optimised across the NHS.
Company
NEUVIOR Pharmaceuticals Ltd is building PHARMORIS — a medicines optimisation infrastructure platform designed to support healthcare systems in making faster, safer, and more cost-effective prescribing decisions.
We are not building an app.
We are building a system that sits between data, clinical decision-making, and financial outcomes.
The Role
We are hiring a high-calibre UI/UX designer to own the interface layer of PHARMORIS.
This is not a “make it pretty” role.
You will take complex clinical, financial, and operational data flows and turn them into clear, high-trust, decision-grade interfaces used by:
- NHS Trust stakeholders
- ICB decision-makers
- Pharmacy teams
- Internal analytics and deployment teams
Your work will directly influence adoption, pilot success, and revenue generation.
What You’ll Do
- Design the full interface layer of PHARMORIS (web platform)
- Translate complex system logic into intuitive UI flows
- Build structured design systems (tokens, components, scalable patterns)
- Create dashboards that communicate cost savings, outcomes, and recommendations clearly
- Work closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect execution
- Collaborate with founder, product, and data teams on product direction
- Produce high-quality prototypes for:
- NHS pilots
- Investor demos
- Commercial sales
- Ensure every interface reinforces:
- Trust
- Clarity
- Authority
What We’re Looking For
Non-negotiable:
- Proven experience designing complex B2B SaaS platforms
- Strong portfolio showing:
- Data-heavy dashboards
- System-level thinking (not just screens)
- Real products shipped (not concept work)
- Exceptional visual taste (premium, restrained, high-trust design)
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into clean UI
Strong advantage:
- Experience in healthcare / pharma / fintech / enterprise systems
- Experience working with engineering teams on production builds
- Understanding of:
- Data visualisation
- Decision-support tools
- Workflow optimisation
What We Do NOT Want
- No junior “UI kit remix” designers
- No purely aesthetic designers with no product depth
- No agency-only backgrounds without shipped products
- No Canva / template-level work
Compensation
- Competitive salary or contract structure
- Equity upside aligned with long-term growth
- Performance-based bonuses tied to:
- Pilot readiness
- Deployment success
- Product adoption
How to Apply
Submit:
- Portfolio (must include live or shipped products)
- 1–2 case studies explaining:
- The problem
- Your thinking
- The outcome
- Optional but high signal:
- Redesign of a complex dashboard (e.g. NHS, pharma, or finance system)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Application Question(s):
- Show a product you designed that handles complex data. What was the hardest part and how did you solve it?
- Walk me through how you would design a dashboard that helps an NHS Trust reduce drug spend.
- What makes an interface feel “trustworthy” in a clinical or financial environment?
- Show me something you shipped that improved a measurable outcome (not just visuals). What was the metric?
- If engineers push back on your design due to complexity, how do you respond?
