About the Role

As a

Product Manager

, you’ll own the

end‑to‑end product roadmap

for a complex data platform, translate business goals into

clear, scoped engineering deliverables

, and drive execution across a fast‑moving, global team. You’ll work deeply with

data ingestion, normalization, and system behavior

, while shaping how stakeholders—from artists to corporate clients—interact with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the

product roadmap

for the data platform.

• Translate

product vision and strategy

into

PRDs, specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical constraints

.

• Break down complex workflows into

incremental, value‑driven releases

.

• Partner closely with

engineering teams

on data ingestion, normalization, and system design.

• Lead

sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and product reviews

(Agile/Scrum).

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with

founders, engineering, design, and client stakeholders

.

• Define product requirements for

security, roles & permissions, compliance, and CI/CD

.

• Conduct

user discovery, interviews, and feedback loops

with internal and external stakeholders.

• Track and analyze

product metrics and KPIs

to drive decisions and improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of

Product Management experience

(data platforms preferred).

• 8+ years combined experience in

product + technology environments

.

• Strong understanding of

APIs, databases, backend architecture, and distributed systems

.

• Proven ability to

turn ambiguity into structured, prioritized backlogs

.

• Excellent

documentation, communication, diagramming, and stakeholder‑management skills

.

Preferred Important Skills

• Experience building or shipping

AI/LLM‑driven products

.

• Hands‑on work with

ETL pipelines, data warehouses, or analytics systems

.

• Familiarity with

music‑tech or media‑tech ecosystems

.

• Experience in

early‑stage startups

or high‑velocity product environments.
