About the Job
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable digital products
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to define product strategy
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product features and enhancements
  • Drive product roadmap planning and prioritization aligned with business goals
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams on large-scale organizational initiatives
  • Ensure optimal user experience through continuous testing and optimization
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years leading cross-functional teams on large projects
  • Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science / IT, or BCA, or MCA
  • Strong experience in digital product management and delivery
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams to build and launch products
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
