About the Job
Role & responsibilities:
1. Strategic Market Intelligence
Conduct deep research on AI/GenAI trends across multiple sectors (Healthcare, Enterprise Ops, Automation).
Analyze competitor movements in the broader AI ecosystem to identify white-space opportunities for our strategic alliances.
Develop SWOT analyses and battlecards that cover our full suite of AI capabilities, not just one niche.
2. Portfolio Positioning & Messaging
Craft a unified "AI-Nativet" narrative that connects diverse products, ensuring brand consistency across all alliances.
Translate technical specs (LLMs, predictive models, automation tools) into clear value propositions for non-technical business leaders.
Develop distinct messaging frameworks for different buyer personas across our various business lines.
3. GTM & Launch Execution
Lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new AI features and alliance-led product launches.
Collaborate with product teams to define target segments, pricing strategies, and adoption goals for emerging solutions.
Orchestrate launch campaigns across email, social, and partner channels to maximize visibility.
4. Sales Enablement & Content
Build a robust library of sales assets: pitch decks, case studies, and one-pagers that sales teams can adapt for different industries.
Create "Solution Briefs" that demonstrate how our different AI products can work together to solve complex business problems.
Train sales and business development teams on how to pitch the full value of our strategic ecosystem.
5. Performance Analytics
Track and report on marketing KPIs: funnel conversion, campaign performance, and product adoption rates across the portfolio.
Use data to recommend pivots in strategy identifying which AI products need more focus or a different approach
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 3+ years in Product Marketing, Market Research, or Strategy, preferably in a B2B Tech or AI/SaaS environment.
Portfolio Mindset: Proven ability to market multiple products or product lines simultaneously.
AI Fluency: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence/GenAI concepts and how to position them for business value (beyond just clinical/health use cases).
Storytelling: Excellent written communication skills; ability to turn data and tech into compelling stories for C-level decision-makers.
Analytical Tools: Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), Analytics (GA4), and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva).
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Tech; MBA is a plus.
